In addition, booster shots are shoring up the immune defences of vaccinated adults. The Delta waves of Covid 19 have already made their impact. Every person has already suffered a lot but still hopes that life challenges will be fixed. Things are starting to feel a bit more comfortable, if not entirely expected.

- Clean your hands often
- Cough or sneeze in your bent elbow – not your hands!
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
