Meditation is a powerful but easier than you think, It is just a self awareness of what you are thinking and what you are doing in your daily routine life. Its a technique to focus on the mindfulness. Studies have shown that just 8 weeks of regular mindfulness practice can do wonders to your body, mind, soul.

Lots of common people who practiced meditation has experienced the inner peace and found improvement in their creativity and emotions.
